To clean, we recommend wiping the surface gently with a damp or slightly soapy cloth. To ensure the leather print on your product is as durable as possible, we’ve worked hard to refine our printing process and craftsmanship. As leather has a naturally-textured surface, you may notice small surface differences. This is common for natural leather and leather printing. All leathers age naturally according to usage, and this can cause the print to wrinkle or fade slightly over time. It’s possible the base color may show through the leather as it ages with wear. When not in use, we recommend storing your product in a protective dust bag or box to keep it looking its best. We recommend that you follow the below steps:

Avoid prolonged exposure to extreme heat, sunlight, water, and chemical cleaners to maintain a bright and long-lasting print.
Avoid contact with light-colored fabrics or upholstery as the color may transfer.
While a light rain shower is unlikely to harm the product, we recommend protecting the product from rain. Should your product get wet, allow it to dry naturally away from direct heat.
To clean the surface of the product, wipe only with a damp lint-free cotton cloth.

We start working on your order 30 minutes after the order is placed. Within these 30 minutes, you are welcome to contact us if you wish to cancel the order free of charge.

Because our products are handmade, if you wish to cancel after 30 minutes of placing the order, a mandatory 20% charge will incur, which means you will receive a refund – 20% of the amount you paid for the order.
Many products ship within 24 hours after receiving the order. Please note that if we ship products after 1pm EST, the packages are usually picked up the courier the morning after.

At this time, no delivery address changes can be made once the order is placed. In the case of express delivery, the next working day counts as the first day of delivery.

When there are adverse weather conditions, deliveries to some parts of the country can be affected. We work closely with multiple carriers like FedEx, UPS to avoid disruption. When your order is dispatched, we will inform you of which courier was used.

For deliveries in the United States, we are not able to deliver to PO Boxes at this time.

We are able to deliver to international locations. Most international orders are delivered within 3 - 5 days after the order is received. We use FedEx, DHL, UPS, TNT or similar service as our default international delivery option. We suggest this service as it includes detailed tracking and a guaranteed speedy delivery. This service can take as little as 2 days to major cities, or as long as 4 days (on average), depending on the destination and accessibility. Shipping costs and time can vary significantly for remote areas.
We want you to be happy with your order! Because our products are handmade, there is potential for human error. Typically, our quality control department will pick this up and everything will be handled before your order is even dispatched. However, on the rare case that something does slip through, all you need to do is let us know. Take a look at the details below on how to do that:

Email support@cchicollective.com within 3 days after receiving your product. Provide your order number and your email address that was provided when the order was placed.

In your email to support@cchicollective.com, include photos of the concern/damage, along with a detailed description of the concern.

If the product is found to be faulty based on the images and details provided in your email, we will proceed with having your product returned. Please note:

Non-Faulty Goods: We cannot accept returns of non-faulty goods.

Faulty Goods: We are able to accept returns of products determined to be faulty upon contacting support@cchicollective.com and receiving the approval to return the product.

We will only acknowledge returned goods if they are sent using Royal Mail 'Signed For' Recorded delivery so you have proof of delivery. You will have to meet the delivery costs of returning the products, although we will refund the postage at our discretion once the item in question is rechecked. If we are at fault, then we will reimburse Royal Mail 'Signed For' Recorded delivery postage costs.

It is only when we receive the item in its original state, that we will rework or recommend a remedy for a faulty item.

Please note: if the product is in used condition, we will not be able to repair the item. Where there is a minor fault, we may suggest an alternative solution.
